How to Export Your Catalog to LiveAuctioneers
A complete guide to exporting Estimint catalogs to LiveAuctioneers, including format requirements and import workflow.
LiveAuctioneers + Estimint
LiveAuctioneers is one of the largest online auction marketplaces. Getting your catalog data from Estimint into LiveAuctioneers is straightforward with the right export configuration.
Before You Export
Prepare your catalog:
- Process all items — Every lot needs a title, description, and value estimates
- Assign lot numbers — LiveAuctioneers expects sequential lot numbering
- Review titles — Keep them under 100 characters for optimal display on the platform

1. Open the Export Page
Navigate to Catalogs > Export from your dashboard sidebar.
2. Select Your Catalog
Choose the catalog from the dropdown. You'll see how many items and images it contains.

Images
LiveAuctioneers accepts images separately from catalog data. Two options:

- Bulk image export (Auction Pro) — Download all catalog images as a ZIP from Estimint. Images are named by lot number, making batch upload straightforward.
Tips for LiveAuctioneers
- SEO-friendly titles — LiveAuctioneers results show in Google searches. Write titles that include the maker, material, and item type for maximum visibility.
- Detailed descriptions — Bidders on LiveAuctioneers expect thorough descriptions, especially for higher-value lots. Use Estimint's "Detailed" description length setting.
- Estimates drive bidding — Set realistic low estimates to attract bidders. Estimint's "Market Range" setting provides data-backed ranges.
