• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), or your Google account name and email if you sign in with Google. For business accounts, your organization's name and team members.
• Billing details: your plan and payment history. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Your content: the photos you upload, the listings generated from them, and the catalogs, estimates, invoices and notes you create.
• Information about other people that you enter: for example your consignors, bidders and buyers. See section 9.
• Usage information: the pages you visit and the features you use, and, with your consent where required, recordings of how you use our website (session recordings). Recordings never include what you type into forms, and inside the app they hide the text on pages that show your business records (such as items, consignors, bidders and invoices).
• Device and connection information: IP address, the approximate location it indicates (city and country), browser and device type, and a random device identifier stored in your browser.
• How you found us: the referring website, campaign tags and ad click identifiers present when you first visited.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form, feedback buttons or email, and whether you have unsubscribed from our emails.
• Homepage demo: if you try the demo without an account, the photo you upload, the generated result, your IP address and device identifier.

UK and EU data protection law requires a legal basis for each use of personal data. Ours are:

To generate listings, we send your photos and related text to AI providers (OpenAI and Google Gemini) through their business APIs. They process it to return results to us. Generated titles, descriptions and value estimates are suggestions for you to review. We do not use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Estimint is based in the United States and our providers store and process data there. When we transfer personal data from the UK, the EEA or Switzerland, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, included in our agreements with those providers.

• Account data and content: for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account we delete it, including your photos and your analytics profile and events. Session recordings expire within 30 days, and copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. If you were part of a team, the records you created for the team's business (such as items and invoices) stay with the team.
• Billing records: kept by Stripe, our payment processor, for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years), even after you delete your account.
• Homepage demo: after 30 days we delete the photo and remove the IP address and device identifier; only the anonymous result remains.
• Session recordings: 30 days.
• Analytics from visitors without an account: kept in pseudonymous form for as long as it helps us understand how the website is used.
• Security records (such as blocked email addresses, IP addresses or devices): for as long as needed to prevent abuse.

If you use Estimint to manage information about other people, such as consignors, bidders and buyers, you decide what to store and why, and you are the controller of that data. We process it on your behalf, only to provide the service, and we do not use it for our own marketing or analytics. A data processing addendum is available on request at admin@estimint.com.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our hosting and database providers, access is limited to people who need it, and each account's data is kept separate by database access rules. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Estimint is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at anyone under 16.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email or in the app before it takes effect.

Estimint is an AI-powered platform that helps online sellers generate listing titles, descriptions, tags, and estimated values from product photos. Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyze images and produce suggested content.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Estimint offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service
• Upload images that violate the rights of others

You retain ownership of images you upload. The AI-generated listings (titles, descriptions, tags, values) are provided for your use. You may use the generated content for your own listings on any platform. We retain no ownership claims over your generated content.

The listings generated by Estimint are AI-powered suggestions and should be reviewed before use. Estimated values are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional appraisals. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing.

If you store information about other people in Estimint (for example consignors, bidders or buyers), you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for giving them any notices the law requires. We process that information on your behalf as described in section 9 of our Privacy Policy. A data processing addendum is available on request.

Estimint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy (billing records are kept as the law requires).

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
